  So I walked to the bank with my mom since it's close to her work, went inside and waited as she filled out her her deposit slips and I notice an employee standing there watching me with a not so friendly expression. I pay no attention to her and we finish our business and leave. My mother then proceeds to tell me a horrifying experience she had with that lady in regards to a $20,000+ account! I am appalled to find out that she is the manager at this location. . . A few years back 2014-2015 she called another local branch and spoke with a Senior Teller in regards to international transfers. She called to find out the procedure on how to transfer funds and how to go about dealing with foreign checks. She then visited this location.... My mother didn't go into too much detail but basically what happened was that she did not know that it would be a smoother process if the checks were in English and rather than aiding my mother in her next steps and how to go about the situation the manager proved to be extremely unprofessional and began to patronize her about her knowledge and did not guide her or give her further instruction. She was RUDE and had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. My mother left CRYING because of this women. This wasn't a simple hundred dollars either, my mother was dealing with $20,000+ funds, this just blows my mind that a manager would prevent a member from getting access to funds like that simply because she didn't feel like DOING HER JOB that day. I'm absolutely disgusted by the behavior she expressed after going in there today. This branch could benefit from new management, they lost a 20,000+ account simply because of one person's inability to do their job and all these other reviews really don;t help her case. The checks were taken by another Bank of America in another city where they were horrified to hear her experience and apologized immensely for this woman's behavior .. My mother continues to come here and simply ignores her. she never posted a review or filed a complaint but I couldn't just leave it at that. Do your business somewhere else if you'd like to be treated like another human being.

  Poor customer service: Have had a safe deposit box for years there, realized I need to add my wife to have access to it ( we have joined checking and savings accnt's there). So regardless the fact that there were 2 tellers and couple of other employees at that time, the branch manager told me I need to set up an appointment to do it, and the earliest date they can do it, is in a week. Good bye BoA.
